Class Teacher

  • A well-being week every term in which there are no after school meetings.
  • A wellbeing day off for staff who demonstrate commitment to supporting the academy with extracurricular activities like an afterschool club.
  • A well-being committee who focuses on supporting staff
  • Termly staff breakfast and shared lunch days.
