An exciting opportunity has arisen at Discovery Primary Academy for a Class Teacher to join our specialist SEN room. The Leap Room is a designated space for our specialist SEND children of varying ages with additional needs who are supported by a fantastic team of 121 Teaching Assistants. This post is full time and permanent.

What are we looking for?

A class teacher to work in our Inclusive SEN room to support with a specific  curriculum for our high needs children who work in their own room fully equipped with a fantastic sensory space created especially to stimulate and support their learning.

The successful applicant will either hold a SEND certificate or have a passion to work towards the SEND certificate while developing curriculum strategies to most suite the needs of our SEN room children.

The successful candidate will also be:
