We have created a curriculum which is underpinned by the National Curriculum. We aim to inspire a love of learning across all subjects. The curriculum has been carefully mapped out to build upon previous knowledge, skills and experiences.

Knowledge Organisers give an overview of the learning in each unit. They include the vocabulary we would like the children to use and the 'big questions' that the children will be able to answer by the end of the unit. They also show the important knowledge that we want the children to learn and remember. 

In the academy, we use Knowledge Organisers to support learning in lessons and recap and review prior learning. At home, you can use Knowledge Organisers to talk to your child about their learning, to practise using topic vocabulary and to help them remember important facts and information.
