Read For Good Readathon – What a Week!
Last week we took part in a Read For Good Readathon! Children across the academy were grabbing every chance to read – in the playground, between lessons, at the end of the day and even lining up for lunch!
Best of all, their reading has helped raise money to provide books and storytellers for children in hospital and we receive 20% of the money raised to buy books for the library. A big thank you to everyone who supported the readathon! Our current total is £643. As an academy, we read for 66,580 minutes!
