Parent Survey February 2026

Feedback from our parents helps us recognise what we are doing well and, more importantly, identify the areas where we can continue to grow and improve at Discovery.

The parent feedback from our February 2026 Parents evening is as seen below.

Pupil Wellbeing

100% of parents who completed the survey said their child is happy and feels safe at Discovery Primary Academy.

All parents who responded agreed that the school ensures pupils behave well, and 99% reported that any bullying incidents were dealt with quickly and effectively.

Communication

100% of parents who completed the survey said that Discovery keeps them informed about how their child is doing, and all agreed that any concerns they raised were dealt with effectively.

A full 100% of respondents also said they would recommend Discovery to another parent.

Learning and Progress

100% of parents who completed the survey said that their child does well at our Academy and 99% of respondents agreed that Discovery has high expectations for their child.

All parents who responded also reported that there is a wide range of subjects available and that the Academy keeps them informed about what their child will be learning.

Personal Support

100% of parents who completed the survey said that Discovery supports their child’s wider personal development, and 99% reported that their child has opportunities to take part in clubs and activities at the Academy.

SEND Support

100% of parents of children with SEND who responded to the survey said that the Academy gives them the support they need to succeed.
